We have been getting a lot of requests for VA FHA and Conventional loans over the past few months.

It comes as surprise to most, that they will be required to have a Termite inspection and any corresponding repairs that are found. Some may be extensive and expensive! Va and FHA have been more demanding, as it pertains to what repairs are needed to correct any “issues” that are found. They normally require Section II items to be completed and sometimes that requires an outside contractor to come in. (faulty grades, peeling paint, cracked stucco, roofing issues, earth to wood contacts, etc).
